Spent yesterday - day ten of the head cold from hell - feeling dizzy, inexplicably anxious, having heart palpitations, and nearly passing out several times.

Had an epiphany this morning and went and looked it up - yep. Welcome to what prolonged use of Dayquil does. *headdesk* Guess I need to stop taking THAT, now.

So... I have, since I got my gallbladder removed 4-ish years ago (and before that) had an ongoing battle with my stomach. Especially in the last handful of years it's been a battle around what foods I can safely eat that don't leave me miserable for hours afterwards.
